Hi there, I’m Kristen.

I’m a somatic coach and educator who understands there’s a lot more to trauma healing than just changing your mindset and talking about how you feel. As someone who’s lived with the effects of complex trauma for as long as I can remember and worked with the body professionally for over 20 years, I know that embodied safety and attuned relational support are the missing pieces for many people struggling to heal.

While I don’t know you, I do know this: your nervous system needs to feel safe in order to heal and have the life you want. What’s required for that to happen will be unique to you, but you don’t have to figure that out on your own. I’m here to help you find a way forward through a mindful, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate approach that honors and welcomes you exactly as you are.

You’ll learn how to make somatic practices work and feel right for you, because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. And we’ll do it together, because it’s so much easier than doing it alone.
